An office was added in Altoona, PA to support the growing footprint of the company.
Foster was dedicated to see his business succeed. He worked tirelessly in all aspects of the business to ensure the success of his newly founded company. His wife, Muriel, would help during the slow times by selling model trains in the window of the shop to help “keep the lights on”.
McCarl's Heating & Plumbing Co. outgrew its name and was rechristened McCarl's Inc.
Today, McCarl's serves many of the Tri-State areas largest companies for all of their HVACR needs. We focus on proactive maintenance, equipment replacement, energy projects, and turnkey design-build. Year after year we lead our industry with our technical capabilities and a focus on serving our customers.
McCarl's Services Inc. transitioned into our 3rd generation of family management, ensuring Foster's dream of family involvement will continue for many years to come.
Our service division moved to Cranberry Twp, PA and reincorporated as McCarl's Services Inc.
McCarl's name is known coast to coast, as the company grew to one of the 20 largest mechanical contractors in the country, with 100s of employees, and a reputation for delivering some of the most technically complex projects.
